NEIL McNEIL SECONDARY SCHOOL

This project encompassed the urban intensification and redevelopment of Neil McNeil Secondary School and a new residential condominium. KMA developed the phased construction and demolition of the existing secondary school in the East end of Toronto. Phased construction allowed the full operation of the school throughout the process.

The redevelopment proposal was for a developer based proposal call that was post-poned during the recent recession. Redevelopment included a new secondary school, community sports hub that was connected to the school and multi-unit housing.
