COTE TERRACE SENIORS HOUSING

Developed for the senior community in Georgetown, Cote Terrace is an 80 unit project for active seniors. Situated on a beautiful ravine near Main Street, the mass of the building was broken into two components that step down into the ravine in order to reduce its impact on its surroundings and to give all residents views to the natural features of the site.

Extensive lounges are located on all floors, an unusual feature for this type of building, with a large community room and workshop on the main floor.
