UNITY VILLAGE

Situated in old Pickering Village, this community assumed the forms and colours of traditional small town Ontario buildings. It provides 80 units of housing for independent families and senior citizens in two buildings that are connected to each other. Along with a commercial component, the facades of this development re-establish the small town scale of Old Kingston Road.
