BANK OF MONTREAL, 250 YONGE STREET
Kearns Mancini Architects (KMA) in joint venture with M Moser Associates were retained to provide full architectural services for the design, construction documentation and construction administration of one of BMO’s commercial office spaces. Located in a commercial office tower at 250 Yonge St., KMA and M Moser developed a prototypical project and implemented a new set of guidelines for office interiors developed for the Bank of Montreal’s international portfolio. KMA developed these new guidelines together with Moser resulting in a much needed new, contemporary design approach for the client to utilize in all its corporate interiors. KMA assisted BMO in refining their program and space layout. Our expertise was critical in the development of custom millwork and detail drawings. KMA developed the full construction document package for 250 Yonge St. We specialize in commercial tower renovations and office fit-outs for commercial and education clients. Since completion of this work KMA has commenced design on a $16 million interior fit-up with M Moser for six additional Bank of Montreal corporate floor plates in Toronto. KMA is currently the Lead Standards and Design Architect for the Bank of Montreal.
