HIGH SECURITY CORPORATE INTERIOR

Full interior fit-up with high security and technical functions. KMA was retained to design a 19,000 sq.ft. corporate office space in one of the buildings located in the commercial district of downtown Toronto. The functional program demanded a complex level of space planning and information technology systems integration. The completed interior features an extremely high level of architectural detailing, which involves the materials of glass, metal, wood and stone. The final outcome is an office environment that not only fulfills the functional and technological requirements of the occupants, but also expresses the company’s unique corporate identity.

This high security corporate interior required a new identity for it’s head office in Toronto. Superior quality materials and precisely detailed finishings were very important to the client. Maintaining a high level of security was also crucial, which the design team managed to incorporate discreetly into the interior design with minimal visual impact.
